AI-enabled miniature spectral solution for on-site testing
VISPEK's on-site AI and miniature spectral solution uses compact portable spectral instruments and the VISPEK AI Platform to create a complete workflow for data acquisition, AI analysis and result delivery. The solution can operate independently or integrate modular accessories for a specific application. Its standardised design lets users deploy spectral-analysis work without development or operations expertise and apply AI plus spectroscopy in their own industry.

Cancer-prognosis monitoring
Hong Kong biotechnology start-up Chemmino combines VISPEK ZhiGan transmission miniature spectroscopy with its high-performance metal-compound technology to track post-operative DNA-damage trends in cancer patients. By collecting and analysing saliva data at high frequency, the system provides early warning of potential tumour metastasis and spread, giving clinicians a window to act on molecular-level abnormal signals and improving the precision and timeliness of prognosis management.
Soil-composition testing
Hong Kong smart-agriculture start-up Aoguang Innovation applies VISPEK NT-series miniature spectral chips to soil-composition analysis. Compared with conventional conductivity sensing, the system quantifies soil moisture and nutrient content with higher precision, giving growers a basis for fine-grained irrigation and fertilisation decisions and advancing soil monitoring for smart agriculture.
Microbial cell-concentration measurement
BioLabido uses VISPEK NT-series miniature spectral chips for multi-parameter, real-time cell-culture monitoring. The instrument is optimised for microbial cultivation and uses an IoT architecture to track culture optical density. Its integrated multi-channel colorimeter improves monitoring efficiency and installation flexibility. BioLabido is extending the chip modules to suspended-cell cultivation and other bioprocess-monitoring applications.AI-enabled miniature spectral solution for online monitoring
For applications that need continuous operation, VISPEK's online AI and miniature spectral solution closes the loop across automated data acquisition, analysis and abnormal-condition alerts. It connects directly with control systems and dashboards, using accumulated spectral data from real operating conditions to interpret spectra and flag exceptions in real time. The solution has entered environmental protection, food production, petrochemicals and pharmaceutical development, where round-the-clock data helps teams improve process control and environmental-compliance management.

Food-production quality monitoring
Chenguang Bio, a listed company focused on botanical active-ingredient extraction, uses high-pungency Indian chillies and a three-stage extraction, separation and refining process to produce capsaicinoids including capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin and nordihydrocapsaicin. To maintain target constituent levels and food safety, it integrates a VISPEK Online Liquid Spectral Analyzer miniature online spectrometer into the production line. Real-time spectral feedback monitors key process stages, helping maintain uniform product quality and batch stability for food-additive and pharmaceutical-raw-material production.
Online sodium-hypochlorite monitoring
Smart-manufacturing provider Gonggong Intelligence uses VISPEK Online Liquid Spectral Analyzer miniature online spectroscopy for chlor-alkali measurement. Its machine-learning model reads sodium-hypochlorite absorption in the ultraviolet range and free-alkali absorption in the near-infrared range to quantify both concentrations in real time. The source data reports a 70% reduction in process-adjustment response time, a 76% narrower available-chlorine fluctuation range and average annual savings of RMB 2 million per customer; confirm those project figures before publication.
Wastewater online-analysis solution
Industrial solution integrator Xiangxiang Technology uses VISPEK miniature online spectral modules in benchtop and portable wastewater analysers. The instruments combine characteristic COD spectral response with machine learning and modelling to interpret water-quality parameters. They provide minute-level testing without consumables and read COD, heavy-metal ions and ammonia nitrogen at the same time for wastewater monitoring and compliance management.
Intelligent micro-etching process-control solution
Kelon Technology integrates VISPEK miniature online spectral modules into a micro-etching analysis system. The system collects copper-ion spectra and uses multi-parameter models to quantify concentration in real time. It also links to automatic dosing units for micro-etch replenishment and copper-output control, providing process data for PCB manufacturing.Custom AI-enabled miniature spectral solution for consumer electronics
VISPEK consumer-electronics solutions use compact, highly integrated NT-series miniature spectral chips in products such as smartwatches and air purifiers. Spectral data and application algorithms provide physiological-indicator monitoring for wearables and environmental-parameter interpretation for small appliances. VISPEK applies the design across smart wearables, indoor cleaning, personal care and health-monitoring products.

Biosensor
Samsung Electronics and VISPEK collaborated on biosensor technology and sensor iteration. By integrating VISPEK multispectral technology, the next-generation biosensor measures physiological signals across multiple dimensions for Samsung wearable products. The project positions spectral sensing as a technical foundation for moving wearables toward full-spectrum health monitoring.
Garment-cleanliness assessment
VIOMI integrates VISPEK NT-series miniature spectral chips into its EyeBot AI washing machine. Spectral scanning of wash liquid provides turbidity data for the AI algorithm to interpret soil level. The machine then matches washing duration and rinse cycles to the detected condition, replacing fixed programmes with data-led wash control.
Urine-health analysis
Shanmu Biotechnology combines spectral analysis, microfluidics and VISPEK NT-series miniature spectral chips to provide up to 18 channels of urine analysis in an automated, non-invasive health-management device. The device acquires multispectral data and uses algorithms to assess renal function, endocrine status, acid-base balance, metabolic circulation and inflammation indicators. It also builds models that relate urine composition to disease signals for health-management and clinical-monitoring applications.
Coffee-parameter measurement
US smart-home supplier Linova integrates VISPEK NT-series miniature spectral sensing into a drip coffee maker. Real-time spectral scanning of coffee reads caffeine, acidity and other flavour parameters, then generates a personalised brewing curve from user-preference data. The design digitises the workflow from extraction to quality assessment and aims to deliver a more consistent flavour experience.Supporting services beyond the solution
